How We Authenticate

Every sneaker goes through a multi-step verification process designed to eliminate doubt:

1. Intake & Provenance
         Each pair is logged, documented, and cross-checked against official release data.
2. Physical Inspection
      Trained reviewers examine materials, stitching, silhouette, labeling, and packaging.
3. Technical Checks           
Where applicable: weight consistency, UV/blacklight markers, RFID/QR scans, and code/date logic.
4. Cross-Referencing
          Every detail is compared against trusted reference models and internal records.
5. Final QC & Sign-Off                
A second reviewer signs off before the sneaker is packed and shipped.

What We Check

• Identifiers: style/SKU codes, label fonts and spacing, box label data.
• Build: stitching density and routes, panel cuts, heel counters, toe puff, midsole and outsole patterns.
• Materials: leather/grain, mesh weave, knit patterns, paint/finish quality.
• Markings: tongue tags, insole prints, sockliner details, lace tips, accessory sets.
• Signals: weight checks, UV/blacklight cues, RFID/QR (if present).
• Packaging: box quality, tissue, inserts, accessories, booklets.

(Note: Legit factory variances and season-to-season updates exist; our review accounts for these.)

Your Protection

• Verified before shipment — every pair passes authentication before leaving our facility.
• Post-delivery review — if you believe there’s an authenticity concern, contact us immediately.
• Fair resolution — if an issue is confirmed, you’ll receive a refund or replacement.

What This Guarantee Doesn’t Cover

• Normal factory variances, minor cosmetic flaws, or color differences caused by screen displays/lighting.
• Wear-and-tear after use, or items returned without original packaging/accessories.
• Third-party assessments from unverifiable sources. (We’ll consider credible documentation and may conduct a follow-up review at our discretion.)
