Return Policy
Every sneaker we ship is chosen for its quality, authenticity, and hype.
But if your order isn’t quite right, our return process is designed to be straightforward, secure, and respectful of your time — because premium service should feel as good as the sneakers you wear.
Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed with all original tags intact and in the original condition received.
- It must be returned in the original packaging (including sneaker box, dust bags, and any accessories).
- You must include proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
We do not accept returns on:
- Items marked Final Sale at checkout
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom items
How to Start a Return
- Submit a request via our Request a Return page in the main menu, or email contact.snkrdome@gmail.com.
- Wait for our approval before sending anything back.

Once approved, you’ll receive:
- Step-by-step return instructions
- The return shipping address
- Any applicable prepaid label (if we are covering return costs)
Note: Unauthorized returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an SNKRDOME error (wrong item shipped, damage, or defect).
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us if:
- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived defective or damaged
We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Processing Returns
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You’ll get an email confirmation on approval or rejection.
- Approved returns will move to the Refund Policy process for payment.
