Orders
How do I place an order?
Add your size to cart and checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email as soon as payment is approved.
I didn’t get my confirmation email. What should I do?
Check spam/junk and confirm you entered the correct email. If still missing, contact us and we’ll re-send.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing quickly. If you need a change, reach out immediately—if the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best. Once shipped, please see Return Policy.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us and we’ll try to update it. After dispatch, address changes may not be possible.
How do I track my order?
Use Track Your Order from our site or the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Why was my order flagged or cancelled?
To protect customers, we use anti-bot and order-screening measures (unusual patterns, high-risk signals, or suspected automated checkouts). If your order was cancelled by our system, the payment authorization will be voided per your bank’s timelines.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
Major debit/credit cards and select express options (availability may vary by region). Accepted methods are shown at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed via industry-standard encryption on a PCI-compliant platform. We do not store full card details.
My payment failed—what should I do?
Confirm card details, billing address, and available funds. If it persists, try another method or contact your bank for a quick security check.
What currency will I be charged in?
Displayed at checkout. Any bank conversion fees are determined by your card issuer.
Do you charge taxes or duties?
Depending on your destination, taxes/duties may apply. When possible, estimates appear at checkout; otherwise, your carrier may request payment on delivery per local regulations.
Can I stack discounts or request price adjustments?
Only one promo per order unless stated. Price adjustments are not guaranteed; see any promo terms at the time of purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship to selected regions. Available destinations, rates, and estimated timelines appear at checkout.
How long will my order take to ship?
Processing time + carrier transit time. Real-time estimates are shown at checkout and in your shipping email.
Will my delivery require a signature?
High-value shipments may require a signature at delivery for security.
My order shows “delivered,” but I didn’t receive it.
First check with household members, neighbors, and your building/concierge, then contact the carrier. If still unresolved, reach out to us—our Buyer’s Protection Policy outlines next steps for delivery issues.
My package looks damaged. What should I do?
Photograph the outer box, inner packaging, and item immediately and contact us. Keep all materials until we advise next steps.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I start a return or exchange?
Go to Request a Return and follow the steps. You’ll receive instructions once your request is reviewed.
What is your return window?
Refer to our Return Policy for eligibility, timelines, and condition standards.
What condition must items be in?
Unworn, in original condition, with all accessories/packaging. See Return Policy for full details.
Do you offer exchanges?
If inventory allows. If the requested size/item isn’t available, we’ll proceed per Refund Policy.
Who pays return shipping?
Details are outlined in our Return Policy and may vary by reason/region.
Refunds
When will I receive my refund?
After we inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Bank timelines may vary. See Refund Policy.
Can refunds be denied or adjusted?
Items that are worn, used, or missing components may be denied or adjusted per Return Policy.
Authenticity
How do I know my sneakers are authentic?
Every pair goes through our disciplined, multi-step verification before it ships. If we ever get it wrong, we’ll make it right—see Authenticity Guarantee.
Are items brand new?
Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, pairs are in new condition and include original packaging/accessories where applicable.
Do you include any authenticity documentation?
We may include verification materials or checksheets when applicable. Your order record and our process together form the proof of verification.
Buyer Protection & Order Issues
What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged pair?
Contact us immediately with photos (outer box, inner packaging, the item, and labels). We’ll resolve it—replacement or refund per our Buyer’s Protection Policy.
What if my order is lost in transit?
We’ll investigate with the carrier and support you under our Buyer’s Protection Policy.
What if my size doesn’t fit?

Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Use the Size Guide (US/UK/EU conversions + foot-measurement tips). Many product pages also include model-specific fit notes.
I’m between sizes—what should I choose?
In general, going up 0.5 provides a more comfortable everyday fit. See Size Guide and product-specific notes.
Do you offer size exchanges?
If available. If not, you can return (if eligible) and reorder the correct size.
